The Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting software and system test, verification and validation activities for various programs, projects and products, to include hardware and software modifications. Additional activities include assisting with the development and execution of test plans, procedures and scripts/scenarios.

Travel up to 6 weeks per year, both nationally and internationally, will be required with these positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support and assists the Test Lead in accomplishing required tasks
Installation and configuration of software, operating systems and applications
• Perform systems / simulator set-up, initialization and operation
• Perform on-line and post-test data recording / reduction
• Support technical review of requirements and design documentation
• Support the development of test plans, procedures and reports in accordance with defined criteria
• Generate status reports on test activities and results

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Must be a US Citizen with a current Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one (required)
• 2+ years experience with military or DoD C4I weapon systems operations OR completion of an Associates degree, trade school or certification in Computer Systems Operations, Software Testing, Quality Assurance or Computer Science

Desired Qualifications:
• Civilian/Military experience with ADSI preferred
• 2-4 year CS degree a plus
• Familiar with PCs and related peripherals
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software operations
• Familiarity with Tactical Data Links and overall operations of C4I systems
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot and solve problems with C4I systems
• Familiarity with test plans and procedures a plus
• Completion of a 4 year Computer Science degree (or related)
